Sina Mirzaei

Managing Director

Sina serves as the President of the IPEK Center. Since his entry into the field in 2018, Sina has applied his expertise in human rights advocacy and academic research to oversee the strategic direction of the organization. His role involves coordinating research initiatives, forming partnerships with key stakeholders, and leading advocacy efforts that focus on the Azerbaijani community in Iran. He is responsible for ensuring that the organization's activities align with its mission to advance knowledge and influence policy through research and analysis.

Sina previously worked in the Association for the Human Rights of the Azerbaijani People in Iran (AHRAZ) as a member of board of directors documenting human rights violations against the Azerbaijanis. Additionally, he contributes as a member of the editorial board at Tribune Journal Magazine and as an associate expert at the Crescent Research Center.
